Minieditor Doesn't Recognize Screen Position Without Place

If you set a place position using the screen editor when no place is set, that is not reflected in the minieditor. In fact, the minieditor's "place position" drop down won't let you select any positions.

EDIT: Further digging suggests that this feature may not even be implemented, and the real problem is that these additional options even appear in the full editor.
