Merged Timed Frames Have Inconsistent Arrows

When a frame is merged and timed, the "fastforward" arrow will appear on all but the last frame, even though the whole block is timed. That is, even though being timed is a property of a merged block, the arrow for whether the block is timed is a property of the individual frame.
