Psyche Lock Customization

It is proposed that ways to customize psyche locks be added. This includes, but is not limited to, custom locks, the ability to rotate chains, and the ability to hide chains.

    And also more customization over how locks are hidden! At present, it's impossible to get locks to simply "vanish."
