Include Character Information in Screen Minieditor

The minieditor that appears upon hovering over a place allows selection of place and place position, but nothing else. It is proposed that character, character pose, and character position be added.

While including this would address the common critique that v6 is slow to edit, compared to v5, inclusion in the minieditor would have to be limited to only one character, and it is questionable if this could feasibly be implemented.

This would also represent an expansion of the minieditor beyond what Unas may have intended, so this is marked as a proposal instead of an enhancement.

In general, giving credit to original suggestors isn't useful to explain the bug/proposal, and writing a few sentences doesn't meet my standards for "worthy of attribution," so I see no reason to include this information. Now, if he included detailed implementation information, I'd be much more inclined to credit him. Otherwise...
