Cleanup data class, add force-create function system, etc..

Cleanup data by removing a lot of the unnecessary comments and moving the information to the wiki / documentation folder.
Add, in the options system of data Accessor Func, a way to force specific functions to be created, or to bypass creating them.
Cleanup options table to make it more user-friendly and add an options table builder or system to do it ( like DamageInfo( ); SetAttacker( x ); etc... or LRecipientFolder for those that prefer calling functions to set up the options )
