If possible can we colour the unavailable bookings in Red to make more clear

Done for the main upcoming booking lists, now need to apply the same styling to the 'Other Bookings' tab shown on the booking popup.

Code added to allow upcoming bg color per object, including admin screens, and converted the Other Bookings display to match.

I assume this relates to Steve's unavailable calendar. The problem there is that he's using the system in a way that it wasn't intended. He's created a fake A/C and is using it for his schedule.
Perhaps we need an option to set the booking colour based on object type, and create an object type of 'Instructor'.
