Remove adjustable pop-up windows size

When editing or cancelling a booking the pop-up window that appears is of an adjustable size. From memory some of the key options are always out of sight and one needs to re-size the window to see them. From memory there are no scroll bars (I've had my medical suspended so it's a long time since I used it!).

The conventional method to re-size a window on a PC (click and drag) is much more difficult on a mobile device. The solution, in order of preference, would be.

1) Avoid pop ups altogether 2) Allow scroll bars

made the dialogs resize themselves vertically and will see if that's enough for now
