Upcoming bookings reverting to 20 once confirming bookings

Justin Hayes repo owner created an issue

Recently I altered the site to show 40 bookings rather than 20 on the main upcoming bookings tab. However according to Steve if you select a booking from the list and edit it, when it refreshes it's going back to 20 again.

    Should be easy to fix. Just need to change the call in the JS that refreshes the page...

    Just defaulting the paramater to go_upcoming_bookings to 40 for now.

    In future this needs to be a global config available in Admin.
