Bookmyaircraft emails

Hi Justin I hope you're well. For quite a few months now I've not been getting emails from the system for anything - my bookings & cancellations, others bookings & cancellations etc. In October my email system changed from one version of outlook to the latest but my email address is the same. I'm not sure if this change coincided with the lack of emails from bookmyaircraft. In the system my email is correct and I'm noted as having notifications but they don't arrive. Could you please check your end if anything is amiss? My email address is alison@AVA-packaging.com Many thanks Ali
