Main parts:

Do not disable chash check and cache
exclude pw_comments params from chash calculation
Option [FE][pageNotFoundOnCHashError] must not get deactivated anymore, to make replies working
Add new optional static template, for reworked frontend template
Overworked Mail Notifications and add some new typoscript options to configure sender address and name, and overwrite the hostname used in mail subject
