Duplicate Entries

I've noticed sometimes there are duplicate entries for some items. Just looking at the Borderlands series, there are several instances including Borderlands 1 and 2 GOTY, as well as a majority of the dozen-or-so major BL2 DLC's.

If possible, I would suggest adding a "report duplicate entry" button to individual entries, so duplicates may be consolidated
