The price shown is for the upgrade edition, not the price for someone that does not already have a "Trainer Edition" software.

Thanks for the heads up, we looked into this and unfortunately seems to be a bit of a one-off issue specifically with how this publisher / developer has chosen to list their game on Steam.

They’ve made the Upgrade be the “default” result / price / item essentially. So when you search, this cheaper price shows up with no info about it being an upgrade - https://store.steampowered.com/search/?term=RealFlight&category1=998&os=win
Clicking into the product details does reveal it is for the upgrade and not main product (which is secondary listing / result), but this data is harder to gather for listing on the site.
