Amazon(.com) deals not (always?) available to Europeans

Most of the current amazon.com deals are not available for Europeans. It says in the Product details: "Downloading: Currently, this item is available only to customers located in the United States and who have a U.S. billing address."

It's quite annoying for many reasons. For one, it shouldn't show up when selecting Europe, because we can't access those games and also, when trying to select to be notified of a price drop these deals are also interferring with the EU prices.
