Crusader Kings II: The Old Gods on Steam not loading

I have a notification setup for the aforementioned title if it drops below $7.50 USD. I was looking today, and noticed it was on sale for $7.49. I was wondering why I hadn't received a notification from this site, and went to check. CheapShark doesn't seem to be loading Steam prices for any Crusader Kings II DLC.
