Sub folder not being selected correctly

On my external I have my games sitting like this. games/ category/ game tittle. The program find the games and creates the banner art work, But when brought back to the xbox home screen to eject the game it keeps looping to play dvd. It seems the the program is not finding the iso's cause of the sub folders(not sure) .
