choix reporting

Bonjour ! Quand on ne choisit ni "I don't want ..." ni "I wan't ... by email" le pipeline se lance quand même. Peut-être faut-il cocher explicitement par défaut "I don't wan't".

    a javascript validator check if both possibility are at false and raise an error in this case. it also check if a mail address is provide if send mail is choose
