Schematic Help

I can't get schematics to work at all.

I'm also very confused.

Do I put schematic names under shape cycle? Do I do '' around the schematic name? Do I put a .schematic at the end of it? Also, when I save schematics using the plugin it just saves it as a "file", no .schematic at the end. Is that supposed to happen?

I am very confused, please explain how to use schematics.
