Medium Pouch

Whenever the medium pouch is decayed trough use, it will teleport to the RC guild but it won't open the inventory (its stuck at the equipment)

When you manually go to the inventory, it doesn't click on the medium pouch to drop it

When you manually click on the medium pouch to drop it, it doesn't press Yes to destroy it.

(not sure if it gets a new one after you manually destroy it)
