Hello, i have the [ident_switch.form.readonly] problem,

Do not save a IMAP fields and have [ident_switch.form.readonly] in the last line.

Roundcube v. 1.3.4. PHP Version 5.6.30 MySQL 5.5.51-38.2 ident_switch https://bitbucket.org/SS88/ident_switch

I install the database width PhpMyAdmin (initial and 2016060200), when I create a new user not write in DB.

I read any isseu open/closed but I can not solve the problem.
