Ident switch should change the default folders

Problem: When switching accounts eg. gmail and standard IMAP based providers, the default folders (Drafts, Trash, Inbox, etc.) stay the same.

Symptom: Creating drafts will create inappropriate folders in GMail.

Proposal It would be great if each identity had a different set of folders changing when switching profiles.

Stories Switching identities - get the values for default folders from main account - overwrite values for folder overrides from specific account - set special folders according to the folders calculated above

Changing folders - hook settings/special folders to display values as calculated above - save to identity specific place
