SMTP Error (-1): Connection to server failed.

After upgrading Roundcube to v 1.4.1 and ident_switch to 4.0.1

I am not able to send emails from another address anymore.

Get constantly this error when trying to send:

SMTP Error (-1): Connection to server failed.

Worked fine on Roundcube 1.3.10 with ident_switch 3, when downgrading everything it works again, but need the new roundcube because of the responsive skin.

Check the table is? with us it also didn't work completely, but that turned out to be because we didn't have options in the database or because they were renamed. Possibly you have that too?
