MySQL upgrade dir missing

Former user created an issue

When upgrading through phar I receive this error: Error 500: DDL Upgrade files for mysql driver not found. I assume this is due to the SQL/mysql dir that does not exist.

    Hmm, automatic_addressbook (one of basic plugins) has only initial files and no upgrade directories. Need to investigate more...
