Add OSX Code signing to build process

Brett Giles repo owner created an issue

With OSX Mountain Lion, the default security setting stops execution of the distributed lqpl code. As Brett is a Mac developer, we will start with signing the code with his id. We may need to consider getting an ID for the group.

    Got my Developer ID from Apple, signed the app and tested a downloaded copy - All seems OK. Not checking in actual code sign command.
