The end result: 1 success, 1 triumph*, 1 threat * Sucesses from triumphs are calculated as additional successes.

Hi there, thank you for your report.

But you must consider that a triumph is also counted as 1 success so that roll is actually 1 success, 2 advantages, 1 triumph (+1 success), 1 failure, 3 threats.

So the failure HAS cancelled 1 success, leaving 1 success.
