Make app more friendly for visually challenged players?

Issue #2 resolved
Brad Knowles created an issue

So, there happens to be at least one SWRPG player who would like to use your app on a tablet at the game table with VoiceOver, but is unable to do so because there is way too much text generated as the result of a roll.

Would it be possible to make the app more friendly in this regard?

I'm happy to look through the code and see if there is anything I can do to help, but I figured I should check with you first to see if this effort would be welcome.

Thanks!

Any and all suggestions are welcome. It's nice to know that it's actually being used :) I did not have VoiceOver in mind at all when making this and I just wanted to add as much information as I thought was nice to have.

I'll happily receive suggestions for improvements and even code contribution.

Maybe there should be a "verbose" setting for players who want the full info.

If you have any experience with web development with screen reader support I'd appreciate the help... I actually don't have a clue about accessibility :)

I don't have experience in this specific area, but I'm more than happy to learn -- and research.

I know it's been a long time since you reported this issue, but I now think I know how to hide certain elements on the screen from screen readers. :) So if you are still using the dice roller please test it again and give me some feedback whether it works or not or if more stuff should be hidden.
