Map doesn't save persistently when part of a prefab

I recently upgraded the plugin so that I could work with Unity3d 5.

We had someone develop a script for using X-UniTMX to generate maps for us, which worked perfectly fine under version 4. However, under version 5 I can't seem to get tiles to save persistently when the map is added to a prefab.

    Hey, are you using the trunkDev branch? And I'm interested in those modifications, since Generating a Prefab is in my plans, but it is still not supported. I believe the problem here is because Unity erases the generated materials for the map, since they are currently saved in the scene...
