Can't Register or Login

I try to login so I can upload a skin and it keeps saying, "Error! Username or password is invalid" So I clicked Forgot Password since I do forget my passwords I haven't used for a while. I'm pretty sure I put in the right information but I got this, "Error! Invalid username" I tried putting it in many times, even slowing my typing encase I was missing something or just put in the wrong letter/number, But it kept saying the same thing so I just went to make a new account and then, Registrations are currently disabled! Check back soon.
