Singular browser support

Check what can we get from Singular browser. Unfortunately this browser is not fully functioning (missing href functionality), so it's not that important, but still one of most interesting browsers available.

    Unfortunately there is no pound sterling as for Contiki browser, so it will be transliterated to "PS", but otherwise, it's quite ok with most characters.
