Improve APU stability
a new PocketSPC (v9) core was integrated here (Coto88 / snemulds / issues / #15 - fix SnemulDS sound stuttering — Bitbucket)
but as a side effect, the APU seems to hang up, possibly due to inconsistent APU ↔︎ SPC Ports ↔︎ SNES CPU comms.
The issue: causes lockups between game transitions

reporter Isolated pocketspc 0.9 to a stable branch; blackscreen mid scenes so :
fix the mid screen blackscreens using the new APU codepush to TGDS1.65 to emit a stable release meanwhile
