Smart IP Whitelisting

Smart IP whitelisting is an idea that I created myself not too long ago. The basics of this idea is using not only the staff member's IP address to identify them, but also their location. Once a staff member is originally added to the IP Whitelist, the system will automatically search the city and country for that IP address and record that down (this first IP Address whitelist is assumed to be correct and not a fake IP). If the staff member claims or needs another whitelist, when the owner (or person with console access) attempts to whitelist the user the system will automatically cross check the locations of both IP addresses. If they match, the IP will whitelist correctly and the staff member will be able to join, however if they are different (which could mean they are trying to whitelist someone who isn't them) the system will deny the whitelist.

Note: You can manually override the system (if a staff member is on vacation etc) by editing the "IPs" file within the plugin directory.
