Message migration issue (dbw_mkz_msgs/SuspensionReport)

The dbw_mkz_msgs/SuspensionReport message has been deleted and replaced by the dbw_mkz_msgs/ WheelPositionReport. However, there is not migration rule for this messages. Could you create the corresponding migration rule for this message?

The SuspensionReport cannot be migrated to WheelPositionReport. The suspension data was unintelligible, so that CAN message was removed. Later, the wheel position CAN message was added with the same CAN ID. The two messages are unrelated and therefore cannot be migrated.
