Does this ROS repository work with other vehicles? like toyota cars?

Hi, I want to get some data from toyota prius and take it to ROS for creating ros bags with some other data. But I can not find any other driver which can work with my ELM327 device to get me starting early. If the CAN script available with this package is compatible with other cars ?
