Integrate my vehicle model in the dbw test_track world.

Hello, I have my own vehicle model which i would like to test in the dbw_simulator world. What changes do I need to make for the same? I am new to this. It would be great if anyone could help me in this. My model is in sdf format with model confid and the DAE file.
