Steering Report Unresponsive

Hello, this is Ben from Phantom Auto (Steeringz, Inc). We have a 2017 Lincoln MKZ from AutonomouStuff. Today we updated our firmware from version 1.1.8 to 2.0.3. The throttle and braking worked fine, but the steering was unresponsive.

We would not get any output even when running the command line: ros echo /vehicle/steering_report

Looking at the changelog, I was unable to find anything regarding the Steering report.

Hello Ben.

Firmware version 2.x.x requires a VIN locked license with a maintenance subscription.

There should be a warning in the terminal messages about Feature BASE not licensed, see the code.
