How to set IP in ubuntu when contact RT

Hello, I hope to use the code in ubuntu, but I do not know how to set IP when I use PC to contact the RT in ubuntu environment. I always get the answer :" [ERROR] [1496980279.255865652]: [registerPublisher] Failed to contact master at [localhost:11311]. Retrying..." Thanks!

That error message is a basic ROS error. It has nothing to do with this driver or the RT. You must have a
roscore
(ROS master) running before any ROS nodes such as this one.Try going through the tutorials: http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials
