Description
This PR adds a script that connects and authenticates with a NTRIP caster and forwards the RTCM stream to OxTS receivers over Ethernet. The script broadcasts the RTCM stream on the default port of 50472.
NTRIP credentials and caster settings are specified in a YAML file as shown in dummy_credentials.yaml
