problem with 'SIGINT'

Hi. I could successfully build the packages in ROS2 Foxy. but when running the launch file:

ros2 launch velodyne_description

I get this error:

failed to terminate '5' seconds after receiving 'SIGINT', escalating to 'SIGTERM'

how can I solve this issue? thanks in advance.
