topic not visible in ros

Hi Maybe is thi dumb qustion, but im capable to run simulation in gazebo, and I change launch file to only use VPL-16 lidar. But Im not able to see ROS topic or vizualize data using RVIZ. Any sugestions what can be wrong? thaks
