Some subrecords not parsed

Some records have subrecords that are not used in any official products that are not parsed by skyproc. Importing a mod that uses these subrecords will throw an exception about not knowing what to do with the subrecord's type such as 'DEST' .

These subrecords should be added based on current Wrye Bash decoding so all mods can be parsed.
