Hang before main menu

Issue #31 new
Daria Tynan repo owner created an issue

As documented on the Beth forum Skyrim Immersive Creatures + PerMa and ASIS cause the game to hang before the main menu appears.

Possible null id's in conditions that are being carried forward like that caused tesEdit to 'not support' merged patches?
