Remove Custom Morphs buttons: All and None should be based on the Category and search field

Issue #106 resolved
Chuki Cicha created an issue

When removing Custom Morphs, if you are on a specific Category the button “All” should select all of the morphs listed there, not all the morphs, even the morphs that are on another categories, if you are on a specific category, and you press the “All” button, and then you switch to another category, or to All categories, all the morphs are selected. I know that anyways, it doesn’t delete all the morphs, just the selected that are shown on screen, at least the last time I tested it didn’t delete everything, just the ones filtered. But it’d be easier if you want to select all the morphs from a specific category, plus some others, rather than having to look for them in the long list of all categories, you could filter by category, select all of them faster by pressing the All button, and then removing the category filter and searching the name of the other morphs, select them, and then clear the filter so you can see the morphs that are selected (this should be optional, because if you know what you’ve selected, you already know what you’ll delete), and then hit OK to delete them

Implemented in latest commit. As an extra bonus, selection now works in this way also when you remove standard morphs and when you load morphs.
