Hair sparsity doesn't work for line hair

daz studio 4.15.0.30, blender 3.2.1, diffeomorphic 1.6.2.1079

It seems the sparsity option doesn’t work anymore for line hair. Test scene included curls.duf using the dforce soft curls.

steps:

1. import the test scene curls.duf
2. make hair with sparsity
