Hello, I have a problem with the MHX. When I move the hip of the character, the strange deformation that appears in the image occurs. How can I fix that without switching to the FK?

This happens because the hand and foot ik effectors remain in place when you move the hip, and stretchiness for the arms and legs is turned on. If you disable stretchiness the ik effectors are left behind.
If you want to move the entire character, you can use the big master bone that the character stands on. Or move the character in object mode.
