How to straighten bent legs in IK mode after "Optimize pose for IK" and "Convert to Rigify"?
If I do not apply "Optimize pose for IK", then the knees are deformed incorrectly.

This is normal, it’s how rigify works. Rigify needs prebended limbs so for some figures you may have to use “optimize pose for ik“. Then to “straighten“ the legs in ik mode just use the controls or the tweak bones. A little ik stretch may also help I always use it.

Tweaks help, I thought there was a better solution.
IK Stretch doesn't help.
