Import Action Issue (some parts of the body are not animated or bones duplication problem)

Good day to all, I'm new here, I ran into a problem when importing animation into a blender. Instead of being applied to an existing skeleton, another skeleton is created u can see it on screenshot.

Please read the docs before posting issues, you have to merge the armatures and the geografts. If you are new use easy import then you can study the more advanced menus.
