The basic facs expressions are released for G9 (however you do have to purchase it). Is it possible to update diffeo so it reads the files when clicking on Import FACS Expressions?

They are located in data\Daz 3D\Genesis 9\Base\Morphs\Daz 3D\FACSExpressions

The paths to the facs expressions have been added. Please report if the plugin finds them.
