Simple IK together with connect IK chains bugged

Maneki created an issue

When I connect IK chains and then apply a simply IK rig to the Daz character, the hands and feet start automatically rotating when the timeline is played. I don’t have to add keyframes or anything, it starts immediatly spinning.

To reproduce:

  • Import G8.1 with easy import, nothing has to get changed in the settings
  • Connect IK chains under “Finishing”
  • Apply Custom Shapes
  • Apply Simple IK
  • Selected the rig in object mode (highlighted as active)
  • Play timeline

=> Bones start moving on their own

    I missed this issue when it was new, and now I cannot reproduce it. Is this still a problem?

    @Thomas Larsson I followed my own chain of operations to reproduce and it seems that the issue is gone. I do a slightly more extensive test later and if I fail to reproduce it I’ll close it as solved.
