Setting for "Path to Scanned Database" is ignored

“import_daz_scanned_absolute_paths.json“ is written to the home directory, instead of the directory specified in the global settings.

That is another path, used for storing all morphs in the daz database. But I agree that changing the location of the file with case-sensitive file paths is useful, so I added an option for that in the last commit.
