set multires sculpt to zero

daz studio 4.21.0.5, blender 3.4.1, diffeomorphic 1.7.0.1334

The multires sculpt buffer takes extra memory and it is not needed unless the user wants to sculpt the mesh, that in this case he can set the desired sculpt level himself. So for the scene optimization it makes sense to set the multires sculpt level to zero by default.
