NOW DIFFEOMORPHIC IS necessary for all DAZ ARTISTS! Not just BLENDER USERS OR, Couldn't figure out how to create a new character from a character I purchased off the DAZ store... now I have with Diffeomorphic!

Issue #1332 invalid
Joe Morris @ FAST Animation Studio Toolz created an issue

(if anybody can improve the below process please post it here and I'll make an updated tutorial)

this also works if you're creating a character in Daz by moving morph sliders and it gets to a point where you can't find a morph that will make the character look exactly how she needs to look…

just save your morph in daz of where you're at… I think you go to support asset/morph asset…i don't really know that part but I know it's possible……. but I do know you have to append the prefix “eCTRL“ without quotes to the morph file name ….

then import a genesis 8 base…. to blender using this tutorial and DIFFEOMORPHIC https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRMCDG97z4U&t=0s then import your morph as a custom morph…. or even import Victoria 8.1 as custom morph sculpt on it And then export from blender using the tutorial

then import with morph loader pro and in very few button clicks you just created a morph to sell on the DAZ STORE…

all the tutorials about creating morphs in blender all involve sculpting the Genesis 8 base… and you got to be Picasso to be as good as those guys on the Daz Store… like DAZ3D AND MOUSSO…. so then you're just stuck forever trying to learn how to sculpt and be an awesome artist

But now you could bring any morph you want into Blender.. import 1000 daz morphs if you want to with “import custom morphs” after renaming of course…and create this new awesome character…sculpt on it… to bring it all home… using blender sculpt brushes adds your awesome wrinkles real quick and stuff and import that back into DAZ studio with MORPH LOADER PRO

just make sure to make it look unique because we don't want drag down the world's best 3D asset marketplace…

I mean all of the below with constructive kindness.. Just would like to have this post available online at the very least so people could find this information easily on Google

Really I searched everywhere online And couldn't find any information on how to do this action and it's using my new method of creating morphs using diffeomorphic instead of the standard way of exporting an OBJ to blender….. which is more streamlined… If you search “daz morphs blender” on youtube all the tutorials involve using a Genesis 8 base mesh… And exporting an OBJ to blender…And just sculpting that in blender…. Now with my new tutorial you could just start off with Victoria 8.1 and sculpt that in blender and import the morph back with morph loader pro…Did you watch the tutorial…can you tell me what you think my post is about and then I could verify if or if not you understand what it is about…

See if you search on Google for create daz Morph in blender from premade character

Anyway you word it you'll find nothing I've been looking for a year

I've created an awesome system for content creators

Either way my YouTube video comes up so I could just play with that for how to Get this information out there hope I wasn't too much of a hassle

Of course you can use any daz morph you like to export the obj then add your sculpt in blender and load it back in daz with morph loader. This is easy and how everyone does it. Or you can also use hexagon that gets an integrated bridge.

Legally it’s not allowed to sell on the daz store unless you make your original morphs from the genesis base, or use merchant resources. But you can do it for your personal use.

That's weird I searched and searched for this knowledge and I couldn't find it anywhere …anyway you could Provide a couple links that teach how to do this…so I know which videos maybe I skipped over and I could have a OMG moment… I really looked for a long time If that's just the way it's done you could just delete this post unless there are others like me that it would help to have this issue worded this way

I just reread what you said and I don't think you watch my tutorial It's kind of long but in the tutorial I just exported genesis 8 base normally but with Diffeomorphic… import a Victoria 8.1 morphs for example using import custom morphs.. add any other daz morphs I want and move the sliders to my liking… sculpt the character in sculpt mode to fine tune everything and just export directly from sculpt mode,,,because the mesh is already selected… with the settings I outline in the tutorial…and create my morphs that way…on a rigged character… just reiterated because I wanna make sure you understand exactly what I'm doing because again I could never find a tutorial On using a pre made character as a starting point ….That's why it was advertising it…as a big deal because nobody shows the way I do it that I could find…. thanks for that information on hexagon will look that up…. it's just important for me to you know be very certain in this case because I feel I've come upon a more efficient method using diffeoeomorphic and it's important for me that the community knows so they could all do it too
